  worst service I had ever seen. I paid $197 2 hours ago and asked for immediate help, and its 2 hours now and am still under the sun waiting for them. I wish I could cancel the membership with complete refund and get a taxi instead of calling RACQ!!!

  Useless unfriendly. No maps of Toowoomba or S.E. QLD or Qld. Have not had maps for 2 months. Location on Apple maps not updated since relocation 2 years ago! New location beside Westpac at clifford gardens shopping centre Anzac St

  Left me waiting on the side of the road for 3 hours 30min, everytime I called to get an eta they promised 15-20min the tow would arrive. When the tow true finally arrived the driver said he was given the job 10 min before. You're supposed to be a professional company, it would be nice if your workers didn't blatantly lie.

  When I accidentally used petrol instead of diesel, my car stopped. Cost was about $20,000 to "clean up" properly by Mercedes. RACQ offered to rinse out the petrol (cost about $800) and I would be responsible for any further costs. Or the RACQ would be pay me out market price and I would loose the car. Not much of a choice.
